The air is turning cool, and the leaves are starting to turn many colors... it must be apple time! Join Vermont Hands & Voices for our annual apple picking days on the first weekend of October, and meet other families with children who are D/deaf or hard of hearing--D/HH adults, related professionals, and their families also welcome! Please leave dogs at home. When you arrive, look for a person in a VTH&V tshirt! We're meeting in 3 different locations, so choose the orchard and date that works best for you:

Saturday, October 3, 10:30-noon: Wellwood Orchard, 529 Wellwood Orchard Rd, Springfield, VT. Meet near the main entrance to the store, and we can visit the petting zoo before we go pick apples!

Feel free to bring a picnic lunch and stay longer to chat and play!
